Overview

Dynalogical CheckIn 2003 has been designed with ease of use in mind for companies and organizations in all areas where complete check-in/out records are desired to count employees’ daily working hours. A typical purpose to create and maintain such records is to pay employees for working on an hourly basis.

CheckIn 2003 has two editions: Standard Edition and Enterprise Edition. The Standard Edition is suitable for small to medium sized companies and offices where up to 56 people work on each site, while the Enterprise Edition can be used in larger organizations where multiple divisions exist in each site, and/or multiple sites are connected via LAN.

The software is easy to install and convenient to use. With an easy-to-understand graphical interface, each check-in/out operation takes typically no more than a couple of seconds to complete. It is unlikely to cause a block even in the busiest workplaces. The working records for each user are password protected, and can be viewed/printed at any time. A manager or accounting department can also perform a batch printing operation to get reports for all employees to save time.

To save resources further, it is not necessary to have a dedicated computer to keep the software running all the time. The software can be stopped (without losing data) to free the computer for other work, and restarted when an operation is to be performed. On the other hand, the software can keep running around clock without stopping even if configuration settings are changed.

The software implementation of employee check-in/out process is superior to its counterpart - mechanical/traditional check-in devices of all forms - in various aspects: fast checkin passing through, high accuracy time stamp, eliminating calculation burdens and human errors, paper-free maintenance, ease of upgrade, good integration with the entire business management line, and overall lower cost with increased efficiencies.
